What to see/expect
Game drives
Game drives in Murchison falls national park are the best since it has got more concentration of wildlife around its game tracks compared to any other national park in Uganda. A drive through these game tracks gives you an unforgettable experience while in Murchison falls N.P. Buligi game track is among the most visited tracks for game viewing, among others like Nyamsika gorge with water animals and birds around. The whole experience will be about 3 hours.
Boat safari
No one should miss out on the boat trip once in Murchisons falls park. It offers a switch to another activity in the park than game drives. It starts from the Paara dock area and sails upwards to powerful falls. This sailing brings you through swimming schools of Hippopotamus, thirsty herds of elephants that come close to the water to quench their thirst. Don’t forget it’s possible to hike to the top of the falls once your boat reaches the bottom of the Murchison falls. For this, it must be arranged before boarding the boat.
The whole experience takes 3 hours.
We recommend all our boat trips be done at noon of the day. Since temperatures rise around midday, most of the wildlife goes close to the river banks to drink and bathe which gives you a higher chance to meet them if doing this activity.
